REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment

Our meals are all fresh to order using quality ingredients. We're committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Perishable Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of prepared meals once delivered. All sales are final upon delivery.

Refunds and Credits

We will issue a refund or store credit in the following circumstances:

  • Order not delivered:Β Full refund if your order doesn't arrive within the scheduled delivery window (within 30 minutes of your selected delivery time)
  • Incorrect order:Β Full refund or replacement if you receive the wrong items
  • Quality issues:Β Refund or credit if food arrives spoiled, contaminated, or not meeting our quality standards
  • Missing items:Β Refund for any items paid for but not received

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Store credits are applied to your account immediately

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of delivery may incur a 50% cancellation fee as preparation may have begun
  • No refunds for no-show deliveries or refused orders. A re-delivery fee will apply for orders that need to be re-dispatched due to customer unavailability

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. We cannot accept returns due to undisclosed allergies or preferences.
